Why we started Everglow Miami
When GLP-1 medications emerged as a breakthrough in weight loss, we saw two extremes: expensive concierge practices charging thousands per month, and impersonal telehealth companies shipping medications with zero follow-up. Neither felt right.
We founded Everglow Miami with a simple conviction: everyone deserves access to effective, physician-supervised weight loss treatment in a setting that feels personal, not transactional. A place where the team knows your name, understands your struggles, and adjusts your plan as you progress.
Our office in the heart of Miami was built from the ground up to deliver that experience. Every consultation happens face-to-face. Every injection is administered by trained medical professionals. And every patient leaves knowing they have a team behind them.

Dr. Claude Alain Innocent
MD
Claude Alain Innocent, MD, is a double board-certified internal medicine physician and co-founder of I & B Medical Associates, his primary practice serving adults in and around Miami, Florida since 2002. After more than two decades of treating patients with obesity, diabetes, hypertension, and related chronic conditions, Dr. Innocent co-launched Everglow Miami to channel that deep clinical expertise into dedicated, physician-led weight management care. Born in New York and raised in Haiti, he earned his medical degree with honors from the State University of Haiti and was named chief resident at Montefiore New Rochelle Hospital. He is board-certified by both the ABIM and the AAHPM.

Dr. Alande Brezault
MD, FACP
Alande Brezault, MD, FACP, is a triple board-certified internal medicine physician and co-founder of I & B Medical Associates, his primary practice providing complete health care to adults in Miami since 2002. After more than 20 years managing patients with obesity, diabetes, and complex chronic conditions, Dr. Brezault co-launched Everglow Miami to focus that wealth of experience on specialized, physician-supervised weight loss care. He earned his medical degree from the State University of Haiti, completed his residency at UPMC Harrisburg where he earned the "top resident" distinction, and serves as an assistant professor at FIU Herbert Wertheim College of Medicine.
